Everyday People

Everyday People is a global music event and cultural platform dedicated to celebrating the creativity and diversity of Black culture across the diaspora. What began as an intimate brunch series has grown into one of the most respected traveling collectives in the world, activating in cities across the US, Europe, Brazil, Africa, and beyond, uniting communities through music, movement, and Black joy.

Since 2023, Esi has been dancing and traveling with the company.

As a resident dancer, she has performed throughout the US, Europe, Brazil, and Africa. Her role on the team centers on high-energy performance, freestyle, and solo work, with Afro Femme movement woven throughout as a signature element of her presence on stage.

Being a prominent performing member of such an impressive and culturally significant team has been one of the defining experiences of Esi's career, and she looks forward to another season of dancing and travel with the company.
